Frequently asked questions
Can I give out a courtesy car without a rental licence?
Yes. A free courtesy car is a free loan and needs no licence. With Movolab you manage it with an agreement, photos and return, just like a rental.
What if I want to charge for the courtesy car?
You need a rental licence. If you don't have one, you can use Movolab's with Pack Rent: we'll explain it in the demo.
A customer got a fine in the courtesy car. What do I do?
Look up the fine in Movolab: the Movo tells you who had the car at that moment. You can reply to the authority naming the driver, or recharge the fine to them.
How does a loss-of-use claim work?
