Hand over in two minutes
A photo of the driving licence: the customer record is ready. The customer signs the loan agreement on a tablet or with a code on their phone.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a rental licence to provide a courtesy car?
No. A car provided free of charge is a free loan and doesn't require a licence. You do need one if you want to charge for it: in that case you can use your own or Movolab's.
Do I need a contract for a courtesy car too?
It's strongly recommended: it sets out who is responsible for damage and fines while the customer is using the car. With Movolab the loan agreement is signed on a tablet in a minute.
The customer brings the car back damaged. What do I do?
You compare the photos from handover and return: the damage is on record and you can recharge it.
A fine arrives for the courtesy car. How do I handle it?
The Movo tells you who had the car at that moment: you reply to the issuing authority naming the driver, or recharge the fine to them.
Can I manage demo vehicles for test drives too?
Yes. Every test drive is a Movo, with a contract and photos. Customers can also book it from your website.
