Do the prices include VAT?
No, they exclude VAT.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Activation and training are free.
How do I pay?
Packages with Movolab's licence (Move and Rent) are paid once a year; packages with your own licence and the company fleet packages are paid every month. Payment is by direct debit from your bank account (IBAN).
Why "from"?
It is the package's starting price. It goes up with the number of vehicles, branches and the add-on modules you choose.
What is always included?
Updates, the AI Assistant at any hour, free training and support from our team. No hardware needed.
Can I change package?
Yes. Ask our customer service team: we propose the new package and, once you accept it, we activate it for you.
How much does car rental management software cost?
With Movolab, if you have your own rental licence, it starts from €80 per month (Pack Pro); if you don't, you can rent out vehicles with Movolab's licence from €25 per month (Pack Rent). The price grows with the number of vehicles and branches, and there is no set-up fee.
