Renting · Paid rentals
A rental in a few clicks. From quote to invoice.
Quotes, contracts, payments, fines and CarGOS in one place. For those who rent out vehicles every day and for those who want to start, even without a licence.

How it works
- 01
The customer asks, you answer
You prepare the quote in a minute. When the customer accepts, it becomes a booking or a rental in one click. Bookings also come in from your website, through the widget.
- 02
At the desk, in a few minutes
A photo of the driving licence and ID: the customer record is ready. For companies, the VAT number is enough. The contract is signed on a tablet or with a code on the phone, and you hold the deposit on the customer's card.
- 03
On return
Vehicle photos, mileage, fuel. Extras (extra km, refuelling, cleaning) are calculated from your price list.
- 04
Afterwards
The invoice is ready to send. If a fine arrives, you know who was driving and you recharge it.

Frequently asked questions
Does Movolab send data to CarGOS?
Yes. If you have your own licence, you enter your CarGOS credentials once and send the data for each rental from the app.
Can I take card payments without a POS terminal?
Yes, with the included Virtual POS: you take card payments and hold the security deposit on the customer's card.
Can I take bookings from my website?
Yes. You create the booking widget in the app and add it to your website: bookings go straight into the calendar.
Are the invoices electronic?
Yes. You can send them to the Italian Revenue Agency by connecting your e-invoicing account to Movolab, for example OpenAPI or Aruba. Or you download the XML files of all your invoices in one click and import them into the software you use, or send them to your accountant. You can also invoice services other than rentals.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own vehicles and staff, and reports can be read branch by branch. For multiple branches run from one place, there's Pack Pro Max.
I don't have a rental licence: can I rent out vehicles?
Yes, with Movolab's licence and Pack Rent.
How do I handle a fine that arrives after a rental?
You look up the fine in Movolab: the Movo tells you who had the vehicle at that moment. You reply to the issuing authority, including with the record file (tracciato record), or recharge the fine to the customer.
Can I manage short-term rental agreements?
Yes. You prepare the quote, the customer signs the agreement on a tablet and you hold the deposit on their card. On return you photograph the vehicle and the invoice is ready.
