What Movolab is
Movolab is online management software for anyone who moves vehicles: paid rentals, courtesy and demo cars, company fleets and replacement car networks. Contracts, payments, fines and invoices in one app.
It works in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. No hardware needed: card payments also go through the Virtual POS.

The four solutions
- Renting — Paid rental. Your own price lists, digital contracts, card payments, invoices and CarGOS. Plus a widget to receive bookings from your website.
- Moving — Courtesy cars and demo vehicles. Free loans managed like a rental: contract, photos, return, fines.
- Mobility Management — Company vehicles. Assignments to employees, deadlines, mileage and costs of every vehicle.
- Network — Replacement cars for your customers. An Operations Centre that books and authorises across your whole network of centres, with a single invoice at the end of the month.
What it does
- Bookings: quote, booking in one click and a fleet calendar.
- Documents from a photo: Movolab reads driving licences and ID cards and fills in the customer record. For business customers the VAT number is enough: the details come from the Chamber of Commerce.
- Contract signed on the tablet and deposit held on the customer's card, without a terminal.
- Documented return with photos of the vehicle.
- Invoices ready to send.
- Fines: from the recorded Movos, Movolab finds who was driving. You reply to the authority, also with the record layout file.
- CarGOS (the Italian police system for reporting renters): you send the data from the app, entering your credentials once.
- Deadlines: maintenance, insurance, road tax and inspections as reminders, with the costs of every vehicle.
- Reports on fleet usage, revenue and costs, also branch by branch.
Every rental or free loan is a Movo.

Prices exclude VAT, no set-up fee. The "from" price grows with the number of vehicles and branches and with add-on modules.
