How it works, in four steps

Book
The Operations Centre, or the centre itself, enters the request with the registration of the vehicle off the road and the reason: breakdown, accident, theft.

Authorise
The Operations Centre chooses the dates, the vehicle type and the centre closest to the customer, based on the cars available. The customer receives confirmation by email.

Hand over
The centre hands over the car and takes it back, with a digital contract and photos. You see actual returns against the authorised days in real time.

Invoice
At the end of the month you receive a single summary invoice, with the details of every Movo: amount, duration, authorisation, registration, reason. The centres' fees are calculated automatically.

Do the centres in my network need to buy anything?
No. We set up Movolab at the centres and train their staff; they use the app in the browser, with no hardware.
What happens if I have no centres in an area?
You can use the rental points of the Movolab network, available nationwide.
How are the centres paid?
Movolab automatically calculates the fees earned by each centre, using the rules you set.
Can I see how much each claim costs in replacement cars?
Yes. Every Movo is linked to the registration of the replaced vehicle and to the reason, with duration, mileage and extras.
