Frequently asked questions
Does it work if we own the vehicles?
Yes. Movolab manages owned fleets, long-term leased fleets or a mix of both. For long-term leased fleets, you can also check mileage against the contract.
Can I import my existing fleet?
Yes, from a file. For individual vehicles, a photo of the registration document is enough.
How do I import fuel and toll costs?
You upload the fuel card and toll files from any provider: Movolab matches each cost to the vehicle and the employee.
Who pays fines incurred with a company vehicle?
That's down to your car policy. Movolab tells you who was driving at that moment and lets you recharge the fine or name the driver to the issuing authority.
Does it connect to vehicle telematics?
Yes, on request: with the provider you already use or with one of our partners.
How many cars does it make sense for?
The price is per vehicle, so it works for a small fleet as well as one with over 1,000 vehicles.
